In 2020, Will Houlihan and the band members of Arms Akimbo sat down at a table and came up with the concept of an album that functioned like a television show; each song getting a minute long "episode," and each episode's story would build upon the last while incorporating thematic elements from the song. There would be holiday spinoffs, specials, and trailers, but the core of the show would be three seasons and eleven episodes total, eventually making up the finished album (or "television series") "East LA, Etc." This is Season Two, Episode Three: "About That."
