The film explores ideas of mental health, grief, and the long-term manifestation of these emotions in everyday life. The diary device allowed us to frame these topics around a sense of routine, normality, and duration, highlighting the unassuming ways these emotions can be experienced by someone adjusting to day-to-day life after a loss.
