We shot this film in eastern Virginia with the intention of one day filming the character "Anna" in a feature length movie. The feature screenplay is entitled, "Still Roaming" and follows Anna as she tries to reconnect with her adult children. We tried to make "Picking Back Up" a true short film, however, stripping the character and the story down for the short film audience.
