I initially wrote 10-62 as an exploration of fading relationships. A few years ago, I moved to a new state with my family, leaving a close knit group of friends behind. Over time, distance and the demands of life began to chip away at those connections. I struggled with how to reconnect without pushing my way back into their lives, and in the process started thinking "well, what would be the absolute worst way of doing it?" Thus, the seed of the idea that became this film was planted. It evolved and grabbed onto more themes - voyeurism, envy, the power dynamics of trust - but in the end, it's about trying to hold on to something slipping away from your grip, and accidentally crushing it in the process.
