Filmmaker Statement

Growing up as a teenager during the bomb attacks in Jerusalem had a very drug-fueled atmosphere. Doing it in the shadow of my suspecting know-it-all anxious father was almost impossible. It took me years to realize he was just trying to get in touch with me in the only way he knew. I tried to portray this bittersweet interaction with a touch of cinematic style.
