I’m not sure how to even begin to talk about this. I wrote the noise when I was in treatment for an eating disorder. I never imagined I’d be talking about it publicly. but here we are! eating disorders are often glamorized or talked about in very harmful ways. I wanted to create a film that shows the reality of how they affect people mentally rather than just physically. talking about my experience has not been 100% easy but I am so glad I decided to. because my hope is that we can create a more open conversation around mental health and remove the isolation that people struggling may feel. thank you a million to my incredible team who did a brilliant job making this film. especially Bryce (first-time director woohoo!) and thank YOU for following along with my journey and listening to me babble. I hope you love the film <3 and please remember. if you are struggling with something don’t be afraid to ask for help.
