Mary McDade
Writer/Director
Mary McDade feels most at home when she is collecting stories from her memories: the veins in her Mother’s hands, the glow of her grandmother’s eyes as she told a story in the midst of dementia, the synchronicity of her heart and limbs during a dance, and the shift in the air as a squall line moves across the sky in the spring. She was raised in the Arkansas Delta but calls New Orleans home.
